The Role - SEN Teacher

I am recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a welcoming Secondary SEN School in Tower Hamlets from September. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a range of special educational needs.

The successful SEN Teacher will work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, parents, and the wider school team to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. You will encourage students to develop academically, socially, and emotionally while promoting confidence, independence, and a love of learning. The ideal SEN Teacher will have excellent classroom management skills, a patient and nurturing approach, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
