Senior Repairs Surveyor needed in Taunton Paying £254068 per day ref OR109451

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on disrepair cases and carrying out housing condition inspections.
\n
• Undertaking building pathology surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp and mould issues.
\n
• Preparing schedules of works, specifications, and technical reports.
\n
• Managing specialist contractors and providing technical advice on remedial works.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, statutory requirements, and housing standards.
\n
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants.
\n
