\nThe Role

- Deliver engaging lessons across Health and Social Care courses (Level 1–Level 3) \n
- Support learners with coursework and assessments \n
- Teach topics linked to health, social care, safeguarding, and professional practice \n
- Plan and deliver inclusive teaching sessions \n
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback \n
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment \n
What We’re Looking For
\nEssential:
\n- \n
- Experience within Health and Social Care (industry or teaching) \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills \n
- Ability to engage and support post-16 learners \n
- Flexible, professional, and reliable approach \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET) \n
- Experience within Further Education \n
- Experience delivering BTEC, CACHE, or vocational qualifications \n
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service \n
