Site Manager

We need a stand-alone site manager for quite a technically complicated residential new build project in the centre of Beaconsfield.

The house, a bungalow with bespoke glazing and contemporary high-end interiors is being built for a private client by the residential main contractor based in High Wycombe we are recruiting for.

Around £1.5 million worth of builder's works, this is a new build scheme requiring the ability to bring a job out of the ground and drive it through, maintaining the programme to finishes and handover.
