SAP OTC Change Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel Required)

Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)

We are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that is looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to lead business change activities across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring business users are prepared for change, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness throughout the implementation.

• Lead Change Management activities across the SAP OTC workstream
\n
• Develop change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities
\n
• Support organisational change and business readiness
\n
• Conduct impact assessments and change analysis
\n
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
\n
• Develop training materials and support end-user enablement
\n
• Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams
\n
• Support deployment, hypercare, and successful business adoption
\n

• Proven SAP Change Management experience
\n
• Previous SAP S/4HANA transformation programme experience
\n
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes
\n
• Experience delivering communications, training, and business readiness activities
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
\n
• Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities
\n
