The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts while supporting the wider sales function. This is a highly dynamic position where you'll coordinate the sales process end-to-end and play a key role in helping the business achieve its targets.Key responsibilities include:

- Processing sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders efficiently \n
- Managing and developing assigned customer accounts \n
- Proactively following up on quotations to win business \n
- Expediting orders and resolving queries with customers and suppliers \n
- Handling returns and non-conformances in line with procedures \n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records \n
- Supporting Business Development Managers \n
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives \n
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience within a wholesale environment (essential) \n
- Electrical industry experience (preferred but not essential) \n
- A sales-driven, ambitious mindset with a proactive approach \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Highly organised with excellent time management \n
- Confident using IT systems and CRM tools \n
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment \n
