\nDay-to-Day of the Role:

- Support financial advisers and their clients by compiling research, writing suitability reports, and responding to technical queries. \n
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the administration process, client file requirements, and FCA regulations. \n
- Maintain compliant client files and manage high-quality, accurate report writing across various financial planning areas including pensions, trusts, and IHT planning. \n
- Engage in discussions with advisers about client needs and objectives, and undertake research to identify suitable solutions. \n
- Conduct pension, income drawdown, and investment reviews, and prepare post-meeting review letters. \n
- Manage cashflow forecasting for clients and provide technical support for complex queries. \n
- Prepare investment materials, quotes, and illustrations for client meetings and suitability reports. \n
- Perform technical calculations such as Capital Gain Tax, bond surrenders/withdrawals, and pension-related figures. \n
- Ensure that recommendations are clear and understandable for clients and that all deadlines are met efficiently. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.or working toewards \n
- Seek mid level Paraplanning experience or above \n
- Experience in supporting financial advisers with a strong grasp of financial planning processes and FCA requirements. \n
- Proficient in report writing and performing financial calculations. \n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain strict deadlines. \n
