You will play a key role working withmanagers and supporting them with HR advice and policy.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this HR Advisor role, you willhave previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator position. Youwill have had exposure to Employee Relations case work and be able to support managerswith these meetings. You will also be competent to work within the fullemployee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding, and all HR systemsand administration.
