Order Engagement Administrator - Ulverston, Cumbria (Hybrid) | 12-Month Contract | Inside IR35

Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an exciting Order Engagement Administrator opportunity based in Ulverston, Cumbria. This is a 12-month contract role, operating on a hybrid working basis and offering the chance to join a busy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.

As an Order Engagement Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the processing and delivery of customer purchase orders, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure orders are managed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This position offers excellent exposure to a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment, with opportunities to develop valuable business and customer engagement skills.

You will be responsible for supporting purchase order processing, maintaining order tracking systems, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve queries, managing documentation, and assisting with continuous process improvement activities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks are essential for success in this role.

The successful Order Engagement Administrator will ideally have previous experience within a customer service, sales support, or administrative environment. Knowledge of ERP or PLM systems, such as SAP or Team Centre, would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates should be motivated, eager to learn, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
