Electrical Supervisor / Site Manager

Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Manager We are recruiting for an experienced electrical professional to join a major wastewater treatment project, supporting the Project Manager with the successful delivery of electrical installation works on site. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the Project Manager with the delivery of electrical works. * Reviewing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). * Coordinating testing, inspection and commissioning activities. * Monitoring site quality and ensuring installations comply with specifications. * Managing subcontractors and liaising with site teams. * Carrying out site inspections and resolving technical issues. * Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with health, safety and quality procedures. * Working closely with commissioning and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. About You We are keen to speak with candidates from a practical site background, including: * Electrical Site Manager * Electrical Supervisor * Electrical Foreman * MEICA Supervisor * Electrical Project Engineer * Senior Authorised Person (SAP) You'll ideally have: * Strong electrical installation experience on industrial or process sites. * Previous experience on water or wastewater treatment projects (highly desirable). * Excellent knowledge of ITPs, inspection processes and testing plans. * Experience supporting commissioning activities. * A proactive approach and the confidence to coordinate multiple work fronts. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, engineers and the client team. Desirable Experience * Wastewater or water treatment projects. * MEICA installation. * LV/HV electrical systems. * MCCs, switchgear and industrial control systems. * Industrial process environments such as water, energy, utilities, manufacturing or chemical plants.
