What you will be doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk and manage the entire 360° recruitment lifecycle: Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity (calls, LinkedIn, networking) Build and develop client relationships into long-term partnerships Source and headhunt high-quality talent using industry-leading tools Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process Negotiate offers and close deals Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person You will be supported by a respected brand, experienced leadership and a collaborative, high-performing team that celebrates success.
