This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical SharePoint projects, supporting both on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms. The role requires hands-on technical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to resolve complex SharePoint issues.What you'll be doing:* Lead upgrades from SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE)* Manage and support SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)* Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability* Collaborate with teams to optimise SharePoint environments and implement enhancements* Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint issuesWhat you'll bring:* Strong expertise in SharePoint Server 2019 & Subscription Edition* Experience supporting and managing SharePoint Online (M365)* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online (desirable)* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) (desirable)* Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities (desirable)* Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Power Platform Developer (PL-400), or Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) are preferredIf you're a proactive SharePoint specialist looking for a challenging contract with a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
