Asset SurveyorAn excellent opportunity for an Asset Surveyor to help make property data count, carrying out stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments and EPC-related work that will support safe, sustainable homes and inform short, medium and long-term investment programmes.If youve also worked in the following roles, wed also like to hear from you: Stock Condition Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Housing Surveyor, Residential Surveyor, Maintenance Surveyor, Property Services Surveyor, Asset Management Surveyor, Building Asset SurveyorSALARY: £50,000 per annum + BenefitsLOCATION: Hybrid / Ealing, West London with regular travel (approximately 90% field based)JOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentWORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to FridayJOB OVERVIEWThe organisation is looking for an Asset Surveyor to join its Assets team, supporting the accurate collection and analysis of property data across a varied housing portfolio.Working in a highly field-based role, you will carry out detailed stock condition surveys, identify hazards through HHSRS assessments and support the production of Energy Performance Certificates.
