Full-Time | PermanentDue to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to join their expanding renewable energy team based in Hull .This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked within the renewable energy or ECO sector and understands what it takes to keep a busy installation operation running efficiently while ensuring compliance standards are maintained.The Role You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, coordinating installation teams, supporting operational delivery and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities ? Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office? Booking installation jobs in and out? Coordinating installers and managing their schedules? Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers? Supporting project delivery from start to completion? Managing all installation paperwork and compliance documentation? Ensuring MCS documentation is accurate and completed on time? Maintaining PAS 2035 compliance standards? Preparing for audits and ensuring paperwork is audit-ready? Working closely with internal teams, installers and customers? Continuously improving office processes and operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking For ? Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Install Coordinator? Essential background within Renewable Energy or ECO? Strong understanding of MCS requirements and PAS 2035 compliance? Experience coordinating installation teams and managing workloads? Experience ordering materials and managing supplier relationships? Excellent organisational and communication skills? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously?
