Youll be part of our dedicated Assistive Technology Team, delivering a 24/7 service to private customers and through corporate contracts.This is a varied and rewarding role where youll respond to alarm activations and emergency calls, carry out home visits, and install and maintain assistive technology equipment. Youll also provide clear guidance to customers, liaise with families and professionals, and ensure accurate record-keeping to support high-quality service delivery.Your work will make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable residents, including those with complex needs.
