Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Our client is currently looking to hire a resourcer (Trainee recruiter) to join their busy and growing recruitment team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business, based just outside Southampton.The job role will involve the following duties:Contacting candidates via phone about local job opportunitiesUpdating candidate profilesSpeaking to candidates about a range of contract, temp and perm opportunities.Utilising the range of attraction tools to identify suitable candidates for vacancies.Writing job advertsSupporting senior members of the team during site visitsDealing with payroll and contractor queriesFull training will be given in this position.The ideal candidate will be motivated, an excellent communicator and well organised.
