We work with building contractors and home builders, supplying freelance and temporary site management staff and other key roles. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, sales, business administration and customer service. The Role This will initially be a temporary position, with the strong possibility of developing into a permanent apprenticeship opportunity for the right person. You will support the recruitment team with finding, speaking to and registering candidates for temporary job vacancies. Full training will be provided, so recruitment experience is not required, however previous sales experience is an advantage.Key Responsibilities Your duties will include: Searching job boards and databases for suitable candidatesCalling candidates to discuss job opportunitiesRegistering new candidates and collecting key informationWriting and posting job advertsUpdating the recruitment system with candidate detailsSpeaking with workers about availability, experience and job preferencesSupporting consultants with general admin and compliance tasksHelping match candidates to suitable temporary and permanent vacanciesBuilding confidence on the phone and learning how recruitment worksWhat Were Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Confident speaking to people on the phoneReliable, punctual and willing to learnPositive, hardworking and enthusiasticOrganised and able to follow instructionsComfortable using a computer and learning new systemsInterested in recruitment, sales, business or customer serviceAble to work well as part of a small, busy teamNo previous recruitment experience is needed.
