We are seeking reliable and experienced Ground Workers to join our team delivering high-quality residential projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral groundworks on residential construction sitesExcavation, drainage, foundations, and substructure worksKerbing, paving, and external worksSite clearance and preparationAssisting with concrete and formwork operationsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWorking effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlinesWorking Hours & Pattern9 hours per dayMonday to Friday (standard working week)Occasional weekend work may be required (not guaranteed subject to project demands)Projects are ongoing with a strong pipeline of residential work starting from July 2026RequirementsValid CSCS Card (essential)Proven experience in groundworks on residential or construction sitesPhysically fit and able to undertake manual labourReliable, punctual, and a strong team playerKnowledge of health & safety regulations and site proceduresWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate of £21£23 per hour based on experienceConsistent, ongoing work for the right individualsVariety of residential projects across Bristol and surrounding areasOpportunity for long-term employmentTPBN1_UKTJ
