In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in managing financial operations for a fast-growing group, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.Monitor budgets, forecasts and project costs.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls.Manage payroll, bookkeeping and treasury activities.Lead operational improvement and business projects.Manage supplier relationships, audits and tax submissions.Improve processes through automation and systems optimisation.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying.Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.Manufacturing, engineering experience desirable.Experience using ERP systems.PACKAGE & BENEFITS:Every other Friday off25 days holiday + bank holidaysAnnual leave purchase/buyback schemePrivate healthcare and pension schemeLOCATION :This role is fully office based near Trowbridge.HOW TO APPLY:Take the next step in your career today!
