Plumber | Portsmouth | £37,000 | Monday Friday | 8:00 16:00We have a great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a busy maintenance team based at a well-established retail and leisure complex in Portsmouth.This is a full-time, permanent role offering a straightforward Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends and no shift work.The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a large, busy commercial site keeping everything running smoothly day to day.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across all plumbing systemsResponding to reactive maintenance requests and breakdownsLegionella monitoring and water temperature checksIdentifying and repairing faults on hot and cold water systemsLiaising with the wider facilities team and contractors on siteWhat You'll NeedRelevant plumbing qualification City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3Proven experience in a commercial or FM maintenance environmentKnowledge of L8 Legionella guidelinesCSCS card preferredReliable, organised and able to manage your own workloadWhat's On Offer£37,000 per yearMonday to Friday, 08:00 16:00 no weekendsPermanent, stable employmentPension scheme28 days holiday including bank holidaysSupportive team environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
