We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to support our Aberthaw Cement Plant and Supply Chain & Logistics South operations. This is a highly visible and influential role, partnering with senior leaders across the business to deliver a proactive, commercially focused and people-centred HR service.As part of our national Cement HR team, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our people agenda, ensuring best practice, compliance, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness across a diverse workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships, influencing decision-making and driving positive change.What You'll Be DoingAs HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational and senior leadership teams, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
