Operations Manager

Our client is the leading global travel tech company offering software for tour operators and DMCs across 70 countries. We are seeking an Operations Manager Europe for their European HQ in London.As Operations Manager you will need to have experience of working within the inbound tourism sector, be client focused, have experience of managing teams and lead the European Help desk, training and client onboarding teams. Working loosely with the European MD, your focus will be on consistent operational delivery.Ideal Operations Manager Europe candidates will have experience of working for a European or UK inbound tour operator and understand group tour operations.A hybrid based role, you will join the team in their London office every other Tuesday and Wednesday (ie 4 days a month) so you must live within a convenient commute.A detailed job description will be sent to you if you have the relevant experience and we contact successful candidates within 24 hours.
