From booking appointments to answering queries and processing results, you'll help ensure every patient receives a professional, efficient, and compassionate experience.The RoleAs part of the Diagnostics team, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.Your responsibilities will include:Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate patient recordsAnswering patient enquiries by telephone in a professional and empathetic mannerBooking and managing appointments for diagnostic servicesProcessing imaging results and updating internal systemsSupporting image processing and document uploadsManaging patient calls and resolving queries efficientlyEnsuring all patient information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentiallyWorking collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-quality serviceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are:Friendly, approachable, and professionalPassionate about delivering an outstanding patient experienceOrganised, proactive, and able to work well under pressureConfident using a range of IT systemsExcellent communicators with strong telephone and interpersonal skillsCommitted to accuracy and attention to detailAdaptable with a positive, "can-do" attitudeExperienced in delivering exceptional customer servicePrevious experience in a contact centre, healthcare, administration, or customer service role would be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
