Air Conditioning EngineerM4 CorridorUp to £55,000 + BenefitsA leading building services provider is looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a prestigious contract looking after commercial buildings in the M4 & M5 Corridor region.Working as an AC engineer you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site's HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently.The Role:- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance- Servicing and fault-finding on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems- Water treatment tasks, including dosing, temperature checks, and cooling tower maintenance- Monitoring and operating the BMS to optimise building performance- Working on pressurisation units, chilled water systems, and AC units- Supporting critical HVAC systems in temperature-sensitive scientific research labs- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards- Assisting with refurbishment and upgrade projects to improve system efficiencyRequirements:- Recognised mechanical or HVAC qualification (Heating & Ventilation preferred)- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering- Experience in a building services maintenance environment- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills- Good communication skillsPackage & Benefits:- Up to £55,000 per annum- Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm- 1 Hour travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)- 23 days holiday + bank holidays- Pension scheme- Overtime & training opportunities- Working on a high-profile site with excellent careerPosted by Luke ClarkTPBN1_UKTJ
