Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile)London / South East (Mobile Role)Pareto FM Specialist Services Team£45,000 £50,000 DOE + PackagePareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team.This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East. Youll be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.The Role Youll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, quoted works, and small installations across a range of commercial air conditioning systems.This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of work, requiring someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high engineering standards at all times.What Youll Be Doing Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systemsAttending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault findingCompleting quoted works and small installation projectsWorking on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and AHUsReporting completed works and highlighting follow-on requirementsMaintaining high standards of workmanship and client interactionWorking safely and in line with company procedures and compliance standardsTeam & Support Structure Youll be part of the Specialist Services team, reporting into the Specialist Services Manager with day-to-day support from the AC Supervisor and office team.Engineers typically work independently on day-to-day jobs but regularly support each other on larger installs, project works, and complex faults. Communication across the team is strong, with regular contact and job management through Simpro CAFM.Knowledge sharing and collaboration are actively encouraged across the engineering team.What Were Looking For Proven experience working on commercial AC systemsNVQ Level 2 minimum in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration (Level 3 preferred)F-Gas qualification (essential)Strong fault-finding abilityGood knowledge of Mitsubishi and Daikin equipmentFull UK driving licenceProfessional and client-focused approachComfortable working independently across multiple sitesWhat We Offer £45,000 £50,000 salary depending on experienceCompany van, tools, uniform, and phone provided25 days holiday + birthday offPension schemePrivate healthcare after 6 monthsOngoing workload with variety across servicing, reactives, and projectsLong-term progression opportunities as the business continues to growTPBN1_UKTJ
