Andover | Full Time | Permanent | Up to £30,000Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking to build your career in e-commerce with a well-established brand?Personnel Selection are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join a friendly and collaborative team, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy online business. This is a varied role offering hands-on exposure to product management, website merchandising, photography coordination, digital content and online trading.No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and has a genuine interest in e-commerce.The Role You'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately presented online, supporting website content updates, coordinating photography samples and helping to deliver a seamless customer experience across digital channels.Responsibilities will include:Uploading new products and maintaining accurate product informationManaging product descriptionsCoordinating photography samples and liaising with external suppliersSupporting website merchandising and category updatesCreating and uploading website banners and digital assetsAssisting with SEO updates, content improvements and online optimisationWorking closely with buying, marketing and operations teams to meet deadlinesSupporting wider e-commerce projects and website developmentsWhat We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracyStrong written communication skills and excellent written EnglishA highly organised and methodical approach to workConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider teamThe ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyEnthusiasm to learn and develop within a fast-paced e-commerce environmentPrevious experience within online retail, Shopify or e-commerce platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.What's on Offer?Salary up to £30,000 depending on experienceFull-time, permanent position35-hour working week, Monday to FridayOpportunity to gain broad experience across e-commerce and digital retailA supportive, collaborative and passionate team environmentLong-term career development opportunities within a growing online businessIf you're looking to take the next step in your e-commerce career and want to be part of a business with a strong heritage and exciting future, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
