EstimatorLocation: Clapham, BedfordHours: Onsite Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am 5:00pm)We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team specialising in the UK construction industry.In this Estimator role, you'll prepare accurate cost estimates, review technical drawings and tender documents, liaise with suppliers, and support the sales team with competitive quotations. You'll play a key role in delivering successful projects from enquiry through to award.Duties as an Estimator:Preparing detailed cost estimates and quotationsReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentsPricing materials, labour, installation and subcontractor costsObtaining and negotiating supplier quotationsWorking closely with sales, production and project management teamsMaintaining accurate estimating records and documentationIdentifying project risks and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standardsWhat we're looking for as an Estimator:Previous Estimator experienceBackground in construction or manufacturingStrong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detailExperience using estimating software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and organisational skillsIf you're a detail-focused Estimator looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
