Job Description
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
\nThis job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid.
\nYou will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
\nThis job is temporary until no later than 31st August 2028.
\nThe post holder will assist in the development and delivery of waste awareness campaigns and the promotion of recycling initiatives.
\nTo do this they will require to have experience of delivering presentations to public audiences such as community groups and schools and to have excellent communication skills.
\nOther duties include door-knocking and data management and low level procurement of goods and services.
\nThe successful candidate will require experience of monitoring/ survey work and will be creative, self-motivated and able to engage with and persuade others.
\nInternal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
