Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 Loading Shovel safely and efficiently.
\n
• Load hoppers, crushers, lorries, and stockpiles as required.
\n
• Move and transport materials around the site.
\n
• Carry out daily machine inspections and report any faults or defects.
\n
• Complete routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
\n
• Assist with general site and yard duties when required.
\n
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Valid 360 Loading Shovel licence/certificate (NPORS or CPCS).
\n
• Previous experience operating a loading shovel in a quarry, recycling, waste, or industrial environment.
\n
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
\n
• Willingness to assist with general site duties when required.
\n
