Positions Available: 3
Shift Pattern: For the TfL sites: Nights/Hours Sunday -Thursday 20:00 till 04:30 with half hour unpaid lunch, possible sites below;

Rate of Pay

  • Starting Rate: £19.00 per hour Umbrella
  • \n
  • Once Competent Rate: £17.85 per hour PAYE or £23.00 per hour Umbrella (following successful completion of training and competency assessment)

The Role

\n

We are seeking 3 Technicians to join a team carrying out window film maintenance across the TfL network. The role involves the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of window film on rolling stock, ensuring a high-quality finish and compliance with customer standards.

Skills & Experience Required

\n
    \n
  • Experience carrying out installation, maintenance, or repair work in a manufacturing, rail, automotive, construction, or similar environment.
  • \n
  • Good practical skills with the ability to use hand tools and specialist equipment.
  • \n
  • Experience applying vinyl, window film, signage, wraps, tinting, or similar materials would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • \n
  • Ability to follow work instructions and technical procedures.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working within a safety-critical environment.
  • \n
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • \n
  • Physically capable of carrying out manual handling activities.
  • \n
  • Flexible approach to working shifts, weekends, and nights where required.
  • \n
  • Rail industry experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • \n
