Compensation Details

Our compensation structure includes:

  • A weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturday and Sunday shifts
  • A base pay rate of up to $17.25/hr

Job Responsibilities

The Small Engines Parts Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience
  • Processing special orders and assisting with warranty claims
  • Communicating effectively with manufacturers and vendors
  • Ordering, receiving, and managing inventory of small engine parts
  • Utilizing computer systems to initiate and complete customer work orders
  • Timely filing of warranty claims
  • Assisting customers with loading and unloading products
  • Notifying customers about work completion dates
  • Processing customer payments at the register
  • Adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with computer systems for job entry, warranty filing, and parts assistance
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
  • Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend
  • The ability to pass a background check
