Position SummaryWe are looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding Women's Health team. This role is dedicated solely to outpatient women's healthcare within a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The physician will provide preventive, gynecologic, reproductive, and outpatient obstetrical care, working closely with Women's Health providers, primary care teams, nursing staff, and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive outpatient women's healthcare, including well-woman exams, acute visits, reproductive care, and family planning services.
- Provide evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care to low- and moderate-risk patients.
- Diagnose and manage common gynecologic and reproductive health issues.
- Offer contraception counseling and perform LARC insertion and removal.
- Conduct colposcopies, biopsies, and other relevant in-office gynecologic procedures.
- Administer care for perimenopausal and menopausal patients.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
- Make appropriate referrals for specialty services, additional testing, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with Women's Health providers, primary care teams, nursing staff, and clinical leadership.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.
- Complete billing and clinical tasks in line with organizational standards.
- Engage in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation readiness activities.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and medical assistants.
- Practice at multiple outpatient locations when necessary.
- Adhere to HIPAA, federal, state, accreditation, HRSA, and organizational requirements.
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Active or eligible Florida medical license.
- Active or eligible DEA registration.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Preferred outpatient OB/GYN experience.
- Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.

Our organization operates locations approved by the National Health Service Corps. Eligible OB/GYN physicians at qualifying locations may apply for federal student loan repayment through the NHSC. Potential benefits include:
