Your Role
\nAs Clinic Medical Director, you'll combine clinical practice with physician leadership responsibilities.
\nResponsibilities include:

- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care \n
- Lead daily clinical operations \n
- Mentor and support physicians and clinical staff \n
- Ensure quality metrics and patient outcomes \n
- Conduct chart reviews and clinical oversight \n
- Partner with VA leadership \n
- Support clinic growth and patient enrollment initiatives \n
- Help recruit and retain top clinical talent \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- MD or DO \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine \n
- Active unrestricted medical license \n
- DEA \n
- BLS & ACLS \n
- Prior leadership experience preferred \n
- Government or VA experience welcomed but not required \n
