Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for 4 to 5 days per week
• Patient Load: Approximately 21 patients daily
• Locations: Two clinic sites with a rotating schedule
• Electronic Medical Records: EPIC
• Language Preference: Spanish or bilingual candidates preferred
• Patient Demographics: Serving an underserved population across all age groups

Compensation Range
