An established Manhattan-based General Contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY to oversee high-end commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects throughout New York City. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Description As a Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY, you will: Manage daily on-site operations for commercial interior construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance. Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field-related issues. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Oversee material deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning. Profile A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY candidate will have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial interior general contractor. Strong experience managing projects throughout Manhattan. Proven track record delivering office, corporate, hospitality, retail, or tenant fit-out projects. Knowledge of NYC construction practices, building operations, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. OSHA certification preferred.
