Field Ops Coordinator

MP RVA Development operates nine Marco's Pizza locations across Richmond, VA. Our Field Operations Coordinator keeps stores running and people growing, covering shifts across all nine locations and owning the training and certification of Delivery Drivers, Pizza Makers and Shift Leader candidates.

You'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the first call for callouts and no-shows at any location
\n
• Running coverage shifts to the same standard expected of a General Manager
\n
• Executing new hire training paths for drivers, pizza makers, and shift leader candidates
\n
• Conducting ride-alongs, side-by-side station training, and shift leader debriefs
\n
• Reporting training progress and operational observations to the Director of Operations
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Prior QSR or pizza operations experience, ideally at shift leader level or above
\n
• Strong coaching instincts. You teach the why, not just the how
\n
• Comfortable moving between multiple locations throughout the week
\n
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
\n
