Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns, maintaining a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Assist in circulating during C-sections and provide antepartum care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation consultants and maternity educators.
• Employ strong IV skills and utilize the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System.
• Float to the NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
• Engage in floor-specific orientation and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP are required; FHM certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Proficient in C-section procedures and IV skills.
• Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
