Compensation

Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Base pay can reach up to $17.75 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering automotive services efficiently while ensuring high-quality customer service. Associates will receive training to achieve Level I certification.

  • Assist customers with their purchases in a sales-oriented and service-focused environment.
  • Use computer systems to check product inventory and arrival dates.
  • Set up work orders for customers, schedule service appointments, and communicate with the service department using the VAST system.
  • Clarify work orders and invoices for customers.
  • Handle Retail Cashier duties, including processing customer payments.
  • Install batteries, balance wheels, and repair/install tires as needed.
  • Perform oil changes following LOF procedures when required.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
  • Interpret vehicle inspection results and provide appropriate service recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Effective communication with customers and colleagues is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in auto repair is preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is also preferred.
