Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic located in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA.
Practice Details- Full-time employment opportunity available.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is highly preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
- OB/GYN physicians typically see between 22-25 patients daily in the clinic.
- Responsibilities include patient care in our clinics located in Los Gatos and Mountain View.
- Average delivery rate is 3-4 deliveries per call.
- Comprehensive Women's Health services offered, including well-woman care, prenatal planning, high-risk pregnancy management, postpartum care, in-office procedures, specialized surgical care, and minimally invasive surgical options.
- Call schedule is 1:10, averaging about 3 calls per month.
- The group consists of 19 physicians: 13 general OB/GYNs, 2 OB/GYN Hospitalists, and 6 Gynecologists.
- Robust support staff and access to specialists.

- Deliveries take place at a local hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU, featuring 24-hour dedicated anesthesiology for labor and delivery, a neonatologist, and an obstetric hospitalist.
- Attractive compensation package.
- Two-year base salary guarantee of $375,000 annually.
- Quarterly wRVU Productivity Incentive Bonus based on individual productivity.
- Potential for up to 10% annual performance incentives.
