Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing patient care and treatments, conducting assessments, customizing care plans, and addressing patient concerns to ensure outstanding care.
- Building meaningful connections with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to aid in their recovery.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient care as necessary.
- Acting as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrating the achievements and milestones reached by our patients.
- Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
