Key Responsibilities- Participate in 24-hour on-call duties with minimal callbacks.
- Manage care for 1-3 newborns daily and up to 1 pediatric inpatient.
- Provide coverage for a Level I nursery.
- Conduct deliveries and handle complex cases by transferring them immediately.
- Board certification is mandatory.
- Current NRP and PALS certifications are required.
- Hospital privileges must be obtained.
