\n*Accountabilities*\n

\n* Responsible for all day-to-day Plumbing related items on the project.\n
\n* Ensure all employees and subcontractors are working safely.\n
\n* Responsible to order materials to complete the project.\n
\n* Responsible for layout.\n
\n* Responsible to proactively manage the project by pushing the project where any available work is available to us.\n
\n* Communicate issues with Project Team\n
\n* Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others\n
\n* Analyze and resolve work problems\n
\n* All other duties as assigned\n
\n
\n*Qualifications*\n
\n
\n3 to 10 years’ experience in Plumbing Multifamily Construction\n
\n
\nDriver’s license and method of transportation is required\n
\n
