Job Details

  • Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Job Site Location: Payson, UT

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Inspect, test, and maintain facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve facility issues in a timely manner.

  • Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.

  • Identify potential equipment failures and recommend solutions to improve system performance.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

  • Follow safety procedures, building codes, and company standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Experience with maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks in a facility environment.

  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Engineer, Facilities Technician, or Maintenance Technician.

  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and facility operations.

  • Technical training or certifications related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
