Join our healthcare organization as a Lead Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery department. In this position, you will utilize your vast experience and leadership abilities to deliver outstanding care and support to both patients and team members. Your proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring and team leadership will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality of care.

• Oversee and guide the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts
• Employ advanced fetal monitoring techniques to ensure patient safety
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Ensure adherence to all relevant certifications and standards
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery required
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience necessary
• Charge Nurse experience is mandatory
• Required certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (obtained within the last 2 years)
