Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a committed and talented Dental Hygienist to become a part of our vibrant dental team. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all individuals. Your role will be vital in enhancing oral health and guiding patients on effective dental hygiene practices.

• Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to eliminate plaque and tartar.
• Perform patient evaluations, which involve gathering medical histories and conducting oral examinations.
• Instruct patients on effective oral hygiene methods and emphasize the significance of regular dental check-ups.
• Keep precise patient records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Apply aseptic techniques to maintain infection control throughout all procedures.
• Support the dentist during various treatments as required, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
• Safely and effectively operate dental instruments and equipment.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

• Preferred prior experience as a Dental Hygienist, with knowledge of Dentrix being an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control measures.
• Exceptional patient care abilities with effective communication skills for interacting with diverse patient groups.
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques is crucial for maintaining a sterile environment.
• Previous experience in assisting with dental procedures is beneficial.
