Certified Maintenance Technician– Greenville, SC 29611
Pay: $22-$23/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description
- To perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- To complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- To support unit turns and basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance tasks
- To maintain safety and cleanliness across the property
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay
- $22–23/hr, based on experience
- Contract‑to‑hire
Required Skills
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Strong HVAC knowledge
- Ability to complete general repairs independently
