Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist - Join Our Team ($3,000 Signing Bonus)

We are excited to expand our dental family and are seeking a talented dental hygienist to support our mission of helping individuals achieve their ideal smiles. Our team is dedicated to the art of dentistry and passionate about patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and evaluations
• Executing dental cleanings and scaling treatments
• Administering fluoride applications and dental sealants
• Taking dental radiographs and assisting dentists during various procedures
• Providing education to patients on effective oral hygiene and preventive care
• Keeping precise patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid RDH license in Michigan
• Certification in Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide
• At least one year of clinical experience

• A confident hygienist with strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly explaining periodontal issues and oral health to patients
• A professional who can efficiently utilize appointment time while providing thorough, high-quality care
• Comfortable in educating patients and discussing findings with the dental team
• A proactive individual who can help create an effective hygiene schedule while ensuring patients receive necessary care

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
