\nLiberty Mechanical is seeking a Results-driven Commercial Plumbing Superintendent with 5+ years' experience managing large-scale plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and code requirements. Strong leader skilled in labor planning, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality.

What You’ll Do:
\n- \n
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial plumbing projects, ensuring safety and proper execution of labor schedule, plans, specifications, and code requirements \n
- Required to manage multiple job sites, coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment \n
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews at each site, assigning work and then monitoring productivity and workmanship. \n
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure proper layout and constructability before installation \n
- Coordinated with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain schedule alignment while not escalating applicable conflicts \n
- Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local plumbing codes \n
- Schedule inspections \n
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions with the project manager \n
- Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for project tracking and leadership review \n
