The first and only pediatric clinic in our region is seeking a full time Pediatrician to join our practice. Currently served by three board-certified Pediatricians and two certified NPs, our clinic serves suburban and rural families. We offer a competitive base salary while building your practice with revenue production 50% of collections.   • Starting salary of $194,000 - $200,000 for first two years as you build your practice with revenue production; 50% of collections after first two years (providers often make production by end of first year).

Work Schedule and Responsibilities:

  • 8-5, Mon Fri., no weekend clinic hours
  • \n
  • Call coverage is shared 1:4, with nurse triage as first patient contact
  • \n
  • Easy hospital rounds of newborns either before clinic, during lunch, after clinic or during the day (dependent on if clinic is busy) at adjacent and connected 103-bed medical center.
  • \n
  • Level II nursery coverages helps keep neonatology skills sharp and provides extra income
  • \n

Qualifications:

    \n
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine, MD or DO
  • \n
  • Completion of Pediatric Residency Program
  • \n
