Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician - Eagle Health Plaza

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join an established group of clinicians. This is a full time role with a schedule of 34 patient contact hours, with an option for 4 or 5 day work week. The call requirement is practice call shared with other eligible providers (Appx 1:50).

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group serves community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment in the Eagle area. The Internal Medicine physician will work in conjunction with a geriatrics team to support patients with complex healthcare needs. The Internal Medicine practice is in the Saint Alphonsus Eagle Health Plaza, with onsite pharmacy, lab and medical imaging.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
\n
• Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program;
\n
• Ability to obtain: Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center;
\n
• Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
